This study aimed to analyze the sexual function and quality of life of women after breast cancer. A case series study was conducted with 13 women who had undergone treatment for breast cancer, with a mean age of 54.9 ± 8.05 years. Participants were evaluated through the collection of sociodemographic data and the application of sexual function and quality of life questionnaires: the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) and the Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36). Statistical analysis was performed using the one-tailed Kolmogorov–Smirnov normality test (p ≤ 0.001) and Pearson correlation. The results showed that five women had undergone breast-conserving surgery, while eight had undergone mastectomy. All participants received chemotherapy, and twelve reported having undergone radiotherapy. Regarding menopause, eight women reported treatment-induced menopause, and five were already menopausal at the start of breast cancer treatment.
