Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The contribution to be submitted to the journal must be original and unpublished, and that neither this or any other article of my authorship, in part or in full similar to this one, has been published or is being evaluated for publication by another journal.
Any research that involves human beings or animals, directly or indirectly, have to submit the respective approval protocol of the Research Ethics Committee. Papers that do not have the approval protocol number will be archived.
I declare, as corresponding author, that all authors are aware that I am submitting this manuscript for publication in Revista Univap and that they have read and revised the final format of the paper and agree with the submission, following the terms of these submission steps and certify that I have not omitted any agreements with persons, entities or companies that may have an interest in the publication of this article.
I have read and agree to the statement contained in the conduct and obligations of the corresponding author and declare that all authors are aware that I am submitting this manuscript for publication in the Univap Journal and that they have read and reviewed the final version thereof and agree to the submission, following the terms of these submission steps, and I certify that I have not omitted any agreements with persons, entities or companies that may have an interest in the publication of this article, and that at least one of the authors holds a doctoral or master's degree.
I declare that the version of the original document, the abstract have been reviewed by a professional in the language submitted (Portuguese, English or Spanish)
I declare that as the submitting author I am sending all the necessary documents for submission:
a) Declaration of Conflict of Interests (if necessary)
b) Declaration of Responsibility for English/Spanish translation, if the article is submitted in a foreign language.

Author Guidelines

Revista Univap informs that:

It accepts submissions of original articles on a continuous flow basis and also opens opportunities for special calls, which are announced in the "Sobre/Notícias" menu;
It requires that articles be written by at least one author with a PhD or Master's degree;
It does not accept literature review articles;
The Revista Univap does not charge any submission or publication fees. All articles are published in open access, with no cost to the authors.

In Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge browsers (right-click on "Save link as..." on the Template link);
Authors must strictly follow the instructions of the Template/Model and insert their ORCID number in the submission metadata;
Incomplete submissions that remain in the system for more than [30 days] will be archived by the editorial team.

Documents required for submission:

a) Conflict of Interest Declaration: This must be completed, signed, and submitted through step 4 of the submission process. Therefore, no article will be published in the Revista Univap without the completion of these requirements. Download here.

b) Responsibility Declaration for translation of English/Spanish language:
Authors should submit the signed Responsibility Declaration for English/Spanish language translation by a professional translator. Download here

We recommend the following reviewers, but the choice is up to the author.

English Language – we recommend contacting cpotraducao.
Spanish Language – we recommend contacting traducao.

c) Document with Indication of three Evaluators – with experience in the area (name, email, Lattes).
