About the Journal

Aims & Scope
Revista Univap (Rev. Univap)
biannually publishes works of an interdisciplinary scientific kind, for disseminating research and academic studies, providing a space to give visibility to the triple mission of the university, which is to provide teaching, research and extension, in an inseparable way.
Through this dissemination, it becomes a way of encouraging research and seeks the involvement of professors and students in research and reflections of social, educational, scientific or technological interest.

Journal History

Its printed version (ISSN 1517-3275), between 1993-2010, published 28 issues, with a total of 298 articles published. As of 2011, it adopted the OJS platform and, since then, it has also added 31 issues, with more than 300 articles published, with DOI identifier.

Open access policy
Univap On-line Journal is open access and registered in databases, directories and indexing portals, namely: Diadorim, DOAJ, DRJI, Google Scholar, Ibict SEER, Latindex, Periódicos Capes, Redib Sumários.org.

Digital preservation
The journal's data are preserved in the Brazilian Network of Digital Preservation Services (Cariniana), through the LOCKSS system.

A Revista Univap adotou a Declaração de Avaliação de Pesquisa (DORA*) como código de ética e recomendações internacionais “reconhecendo a necessidade de melhorar as formas como os resultados da pesquisa acadêmica são avaliados”. (DORA, 2021).
